The retreat kitchen is where my heart truly lies.

I love to create wholesome, healthy dishes to excite the palate and nourish the body.
Everything is made fresh each day; sourdough bread, salad spreads or decadent plated meals; all celebrating fresh seasonal produce, with vibrant colour and fermented flare.
I use only organically grown ingredients, sometimes from my own garden, aiming to produce the absolute minimum of waste, even home composting the peelings and trimmings.

Sharing a meal is an integral part of any retreat experience. A time for reflection, connection & nourishment.

Each retreat is different, the menu is tailored to suit. Whether you need sugar-free, gluten free or high protein dishes, I love creating menus that honour both the ingredients and the body.

Workshops.
I can also hold workshops in fermenting- vegetables, nuts or kombucha, or simply creating a balanced meal together exploring the seasons produce to give a variety of texture, colour and flavour.
